Journey Bank Welcomes Jessica Lehman

Bloomsburg, PA – Journey Bank is pleased to announce that Jessica M. Lehman has joined the Bank as Executive Vice President, Trust Services. In this role, Ms. Lehman will lead Journey Bank’s Trust Department and oversee all aspects of trust and estate planning services for clients across Central Pennsylvania.

As Journey Bank continues to expand and strengthen its personalized fiduciary and estate offerings, Ms. Lehman’s appointment reflects the Bank’s commitment to providing trusted, relationship-driven service built on local expertise and community connection.

Lehman joins the Bank from the local law firm Hill, Turowski, James & Lehman, LLP, where she was a partner. She is a graduate of Bloomsburg High School, earned her bachelor’s degree from Lycoming College, and received her law degree from Widener Commonwealth Law School.

Her achievements include being named a Rising Star Super Lawyer in 2022, 2023, and 2024. She was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2023. She currently serves as President of the Columbia-Montour Bar Association and Zone 4 Chair for the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Lehman is on the board of Millville Mutual Insurance Companies and is an Associate Director of the Columbia County Conservation District. She frequently shares her expertise as a guest lecturer at Widener Commonwealth Law School and through the National Business Institute.
