Merger FAQs


We are here to help you, guide you and answer your questions. You can always visit us or call us, but here are a few quick answers to common questions our customers have.

Do I need new checks?
You may continue to use your existing checks until your current supply is depleted. When you re-order through the bank, the new bank name, Journey Bank, will be printed on your checks. If you order checks from a non-bank supplier, please notify your vendor of the bank name change and update your routing number if necessary.
Will my account number(s) change?
Your account number(s) have not changed.
Will my ATM or Debit Card still work?
Yes. You can continue to use your current ATM or Debit Card until it expires or is reissued. Your PIN will not change.
Will I get a new ATM or Debit Card?
You can continue to use your current ATM or Debit Card until it expires or is reissued. Some cards will be reissued in 2024. Customers will receive additional communications prior to the reissue.
Are there changes to Online or Mobile Banking?
While Online and Mobile Banking is the same, there is a new direct URL for Online Banking, https://www.olb-ebanking.com/031305936/. Your login credentials are the same. You may need to download the new Journey Bank app. Mobile Banking is similar, however the app reflects our new Journey Bank name.

Journey Bank customers who were previously Muncy Bank customers: Saved/stored User IDs and Passwords have not been pre-filled into the new system. History has carried over as have all payments queued, payment templates, etc. Alerts have not carried over and will need to be reestablished.
Has anything changed related to my deposit account(s)?
The name and some of the benefits, features, and terms of your account(s) may have changed. If you determine another account is more appropriate, you may change your account at any of our community office locations.
Have my Direct Deposits or Automatic Payments been impacted?
Previous Muncy Bank customers will need to update their routing number for direct deposit to 031305936.

Previous First Columbia Bank customers-If you have Direct Deposits and/or Automatic Payments set up, there is no action you need to take. Your deposits and payments will continue as scheduled.
What happens to my loans?
There are no changes to any loans. The terms and payment process remain unchanged. If you have a coupon book you should continue to use it to make payments in the same manner and to the same address. Please contact your lender with any additional questions.
What happens to my CDs?
There are no changes to Certificates of Deposit (CDs) during their current term. At the next maturity, some CDs may have a change in terms. A special merger rule does exist for CDs relative to FDIC Insurance.
What happens to my Safe Deposit Box?*
There has been no change to your Safe Deposit Box; however, the annual rental fee may have changed.
